Walking for fitness

 

 

Our week long walking for fitness holiday is designed to show you the very Patsgroupbest of this corner of Cathare Country whilst enjoying arguably the best form of exercise for those of us "of a certain age."

Come and meet like-minded people, be prepared to laugh, feel energised, refreshed and inspired !



WHAT TO EXPECT:


Welcome drink, introduction to Cathare Country and plan for the week


5 days guided walking

"Walk and Talk" group 5-10 km per day

"Sporty Walking" 10-20 km per day

Advice on posture, walking technique, maximising the benefits of walking poles, information on nutrition and equipment

Afternoon teas

One complementary leg massage (more available at discounted rate)

Transport to and from walks where required
