Hello All,

My name is Nadia and I currently live in the UK but hope to move to the Ariege or Aude in the next few years... It's research time at the moment as my partner and I are looking for a complete change of lifestyle. We hope to make our initial move by living aboard a boat on the canal de midi for a couple of years before buying the right piece of land to make our home and our small-holding. We hope to offer Yurt camping and keep Alpacas, chickens and pigs...
My partner Phil is a gardener and I am a Radiotherapy technician in the NHS, with a longing to keep animals on a large scale. I also teach Egyptian dance which may come in useful if there was an interest from the French...
If anyone can offer any advice to us or offer us any opportunity to learn more about boats and smallholdings in France we would love to come over and work for you in exchange for experience and accommodation!
